The delivery time for coated doors is 20 (twenty) days and for lacquered doors it is 30 (thirty) days from the last measurement.

Oga grants a 02 (two) year guarantee for its own manufactured products and 06 (six) months for materials used manufactured by third parties. You can extend the warranty for another 02 (two) years by choosing one of our extended warranty plans.

Excluded from the warranty are damages caused by misuse of the doors, such as: bumps, scratches, excessive exposure to water or sun, or any activity that results in damage to the doors, jambs, and moldings.
